LoCTA Limited are the owners of the LoCTA Hub. With a combined history of 60 years’ experience working with software as a service for Local Authorities, the team continue to provide a safe and secure Hub where Local Authorities can access each other’s data alongside the other national datasets that are included.

Each year, we have a CREST and OSCP qualified third party Penetration Test across our IT infrastructure and applications.

Training
All new users receive best practice training when they join the LoCTA Hub. Each year, existing users receive refresher training.
All training can be provided either onsite or as an interactive online session.
Most training is included in your licence fee and can be adapted to meet the needs of each Local Authority and provided for individuals or groups.

Meet the team
Anne Wilson
Managing Director
I've worked with LoCTA since March 2006, when I joined as a database administrator and never got away. All those years and it still feels like yesterday.
I am a lifelong Manchester City supporter and have been a season card holder since 2003. I enjoy eating anything that’s gluten and dairy free, drinking wine and try to balance that by cycling.
Jacqueline Davenport
Account Manager
I joined LoCTA in January 2020. I enjoy being part of a forward-thinking Team. I love all things Spanish, especially the food. I enjoy holidays, gardening and walking (preferably in the sunshine).
Steve Black
Business Development Manager
I joined LoCTA in July 2021 (although, but for the small matter of a pandemic, I could’ve started in 2020). I have worked with and alongside Authorities for the last fifteen plus years; originally with Children and Families teams and most recently helping deliver a successful Census for Trafford MBC. I like to spend time with my family and am an avid Manchester United fan, watching games home and away with my sons.
Tracey Cawdrey
Development, Security and Compliance Manager
I've worked with LoCTA since May 2006 as technical support and I have lived and breathed LoCTA ever since! I like food and holidays in all countries as often as possible. Alongside this I enjoy putting myself through new physical challenges such as Tough Mudder each year.
Rob Wilson
Assistance and Support
I first joined LoCTA in 2018 as part of the Support team. I briefly left for pastures new in 2022 but realised pretty swiftly that nowhere else is the same. When I'm not working for LoCTA, I'm writing for Metro.co.uk, watching TV/films, listening to music, or following Manchester City.

I joined LoCTA as an official member of the team in July 2022 having previously worked with them for a number of years as a contractor. When I’m not working for LoCTA I enjoy being outside, either running, cycling or even a bit of wild swimming. On quieter days a little walk with my pooch Poppy is the order of the day, and maybe a glass of wine or two.

I've worked with LoCTA since April 2006 and visited more places in the UK than I knew existed! I enjoy curries, holidays, reading thrillers and gardening. My favourite band is Oasis (and Bay City Rollers) and I support Liverpool FC (who else!).
Asif Hanif
Senior I.T. Support
I've worked with LoCTA since 2014 and have felt like part of the furniture ever since. Which is a good thing, I think! I enjoy cooking, eating and supporting Manchester City. I am a keeper of bees which keeps me buzzing much of the time!
The Developers

Our developers are a shy bunch, who prefer to keep themselves hidden away from view so that they can continue to work hard on keeping the LoCTA Hub working and moving it forward into new technologies, so that it can boldly go where no Hub as gone before!
